Somerset will shortly be launching an Online Booking and Registration System for Open DEAS expeditions. For the present, please download  and print the following Forms and Information, and book through our Office as normal.

• Fax: 02 9487 8666 (If you are faxing your forms please post as well to ensure receipt of forms)

Registration and Medical Forms must be received at least 14 days prior to the commencement of your expeditions. A late fee will apply to forms received after this time (unless on agreed standby list)

Book early to avoid disappointment. Expeditions often fill well before the 14 day deadline (verbal bookings will not be recorded until receipt of forms)

A confirmation letter and any other relevant information will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the expedition
