  • Equipment requests are received via an Open Order Form (ie 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2026 inclusive).
  • Equipment is provided at Camp on the Camp/Expedition Start Date selected by you in the dropdown box.
    All items will be provided to the Participant on arrival at Camp. Purchased items will be labelled with the Participant's name.
